2 ounce organic chamomile glycerite

HOW IT WORKS
Chamomile has been used as a soothing ally for thousands of years. It has a gentle, yet profound way, of supporting relaxation and sleep. It truly nourishes the nervous system and can aid in letting go of a long and stress filled day.
Chamomile can help soothe inflammation, indigestion, and more. It may be taken as a bitter tonic before each meal to improve digestion. Enjoy this tincture right before bed to help calm your body and mind.
Chamomile is a medicinal plant long prized for its calming nature. It makes a fragrant pleasant tasting tea that is used throughout the world as a calming beverage.
INGREDIENTS
organic chamomile flower, Vegetable Glycerin, Purified Water
Herbs are always organic or wild crafted.
Ratio: 1:4
(1 oz herb, to 4 oz glycerine; very strong!)
this is a potent Glycerite!
HOW TO USE IT
May add honey to taste or add tincture into drink or food.
Children under 12 yrs.: 1 dropperful held sublingually (under the tongue) or diluted in 1oz of preferred liquid daily.
Adults: 1-2 dropperfuls sublingually (under the tongue) or diluted in 1oz of preferred liquid daily.
(A “dropperful” is however much the tube fills up with one squeeze - even if the entire tube does not appear completely full - THAT’s 1 dropperful*. Store away from heat & light.)
Needs to be taken consistently to receive the full benefits of it. Take in the evening to promote sleep.
SHELF LIFE
Your tincture will last 3 years from date of ordering. Technically tinctures can last up to 6 years, but we suggest taking it within 3 years of purchase to ensure its potency.

WHY GLYCERIN
Alcohol tinctures are often too harsh on the body (causing burning sensations) and I personally find the taste too strong. I started extracting herbs using organic glycerin as the menstrum, and the result was great! Vegetable glycerin has a sweet taste so you can taste each herb's flavour easily. Alcohol free tinctures are easier on the liver, taste better, and are easier to take consistently!
